ILIAC UK is the representative body in the United Kingdom for ILIAC - The International Library, Information and Analytical Center.
ILIAC is a non-for-profit organisation registered in Washington, DC to foster relationships between Russia and America in the library and information sector. ILIAC was established in 1996 and further details of its programs and activities can be found at www.iliac.org.
ILIAC UK has been established as a Company Limited by Guarantee in the United Kingdom with similar objectives to ILIAC to foster relationships between Russia and the United Kingdom. In due course it will apply for registration as a charity. An office has been established within Reading Central Library and this will form the base for its services in the UK.
